Registration is a simple  process
that is
Free and Confidential.
There are 4 simple steps, all of which are important, in registering and helping us to get you placed in a job.
  • FIRST:  Complete a short registration form
    Providing your name, address, contact information, email address and selecting  a password.
     
  • SECOND: Confirm your email address 
    (CHECK YOUR E-MAIL after completing the Registration form on the next page)
    An email will be sent to you via the email address you provided.  Please follow the directions in the email.   Your email address will be used to log into the system. 
    IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL within an hour of completing the registration form, PLEASE Contact US by calling Phone: (254) 772-0420 or Toll Free: (800) 999-0420
     
  • Third: Complete our  3 part online Application Form (TY15)
    It is extremely important that you complete this online application form.  When an employer asks Don Hall & Associates to assist them with filling a job position, we check the database and the information you provide to find the best qualified candidate for that employer.  Remember, the only way we have to determine if you are right for a specific job is by searching through your application and resume!  Before beginning, you should have three business references and and one personal reference available to complete the form.  You will need phone numbers for these references.  It is strongly advised that you have the information available before completing the application form (TY15).  
     
  • Forth/Last Step: Submitting your Resume
    Once you complete your TY15 (application), click the provided link to upload your Resume to our system.  Please submit your Resume as either a Word (.doc), PDF or an older version of Word Perfect file.  If you are using a Mac, Please send your Resume as a Rich Text Format file (.rtf).  You will usually see this feature when using the SAVE AS function of your word processor.

Q.   We get asked, Why do I have to validate my email address?
A.   There are two reasons that we require this process

  • To help protect your privacy.  We want to make sure that someone trying to use our system is who they say they are.  By verifying email addresses and logging IP Address we can help prevent abuse of the system and protect your information and privacy.
  • To insure that we have a valid means of contacting you in the event that you have the qualifications that an employer is seeking or providing important information about our services or your application - not spam.

Q.  Will you give out my personal information?
A.  No, not without your expressed permission.  If you have the right qualifications for employment, we will contact you first and get your permission to discuss your FIT with any possible employer.
